Positive: Nice, spacious room with a large window overlooking the central square.
Negative: We stayed for two nights, and there was no hot water in our room on the first night. The hotel staff wasn’t able to resolve the issue, which was a major drawback during the winter, as the room was quite chilly. The hotel did not offer any discounts or other compensation for the inconvenience.
