Waterway Landing is a beautifully decorated, bright and very comfortable condo located on the Intracoastal Waterway in North Myrtle Beach. It has been updated in 2022 with new furniture, new flooring and has been freshly painted. This is a ground floor end unit. Sit in the enclosed sunroom and watch the boats go by while the sun sets at the end of the day. This will truly be the vacation property to relax and unwind in. If you have to check your email or surf the web, the condo has Wi-Fi access. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom suite with its own entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
The gated community is quiet, private and offers 2 community pools with hot tubs. It also has grill and picnic areas located right on the waterway.
