You will love this very spacious 3BR/2BA condo located on the bottom floor in an elevator/lobby building. This property has direct access to the garage from the unit. This updated condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The living room is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating with 3 recliners! There are ceiling fans throughout the property so you will always be cool. There is a King bed in the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom with soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Full beds so there is plenty of room for everyone. The updated kitchen is very large and has everything you need to cook meals and enjoy a quick snack. There is a large Flat Screen TV in the living room, and flat screen TV in all of the bedrooms. If you need to do laundry, there is a washer and dryer for your use in the unit.
The screened in porch is perfect for afternoon cocktails or to relax with a book.
This location is quiet and has lovely views of the Norman Course. The golf courses in Barefoot Resort are close by and there are four of them to choose from. If you are interested in golf, let us know and we can contact our Golfmasters for tee times. The Havens is about 2 miles to the beach and there is a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will take you to the beach access. It is available every hour in the prime season and we will give you a schedule when you check in.
Barefoot Landing is located right over the Waterway and has so much to enjoy. Check out Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater to name a few attractions. There are so many restaurants to choose from too. Ask us for our local favorites!
