Newly renovated cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with open floor plan and fantastic views!! Sleeps up to 4 people. Our property offers all the comforts of home. A wood burning fireplace with firewood stocked regularly from mid-October thru mid-March is a great way to spend an evening after a day or skiing and snowboarding. Fully stocked kitchen offers an ample supply of dishware, utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, microwave and regular coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer also available. Enjoy relaxing on the deck overlooking the Resort and Rockfish Valley. Condo offers 2 bedrooms - master suite provides a TV & a King bed with private bathroom. Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and a smart TV. There is a 2nd full bath in hallway.
We provide STARTER toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You’ll want to bring extra. We do provide liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a sponge or dish cloth. We also provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest mentioned on your reservation when you booked; hand towels will be provided as well. There is a washer & dryer but we do NOT supply the laundry detergent. We do NOT provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Please note: We are not considered "Resort Members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.
We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski equipment in advance as they are NOT guaranteed. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for availability.
We do NOT have a grill.
Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.
The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.
*This unit is pet friendly, but we ask that you keep pets off all furniture & beds and please dispose of doggie waste bags properly. Do NOT leave in hallways or on porches/decks.*
