Conveniently located, while nestled in a pleasantly wooded lot that slopes gently to the water of Hurricane Bay on Lake Barkley, you will have both privacy and easy and quick access to some of the best attractions on the lake.
!!!SPECIAL NOTE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS DROPS LAKE WATER LEVEL AFTER LABOR DAY AND DIRECT WATER ACCESS FROM OUR ON-SITE DOCK MAY OR MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER THAT DATE UNTIL FOLLOWING SPRING.!!! IN THE EVENT THIS IS THE CASE, WATER ACTIVITIES CAN STILL BE EASILY ACCOMMODATED AT PRIZER POINT MARINA JUST 1 MILE AWAY
There is quick access to the lake, being only about 100 feet away, and a small dock that 2 or 3 boats could tie up to during your stay. PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS IS A PUBLIC LAKE AND THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
This property was purchased in May of 2016 and since that time we have been working diligently to try and assemble a "package" complete with features that we hope will enhance the overall experience for all who honor us in choosing this home as your destination for your occasion, whatever it may be.
