The cottage is full of nooks and crannies, and just what you would expect of a crooked old cottage built in the 1800s, and is full of character and charm. The garden is delightful with a lovely seating area, lawn and rockery, but most importantly its enclosed making it ideal for children and pets.
The cottage is right on the border of Bempton and Buckton, and the village of Buckton has a small playground, village shop and a local pub. The resorts of Flamborough Head, Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington are all just a short drive away and you will have a wonderful time exploring these seaside resorts. For those who love the great outdoors, the cycling and walking in the area is some of the best you will find. The rugged coastline has spectacular walks along the clifftops.
The city of York is just an hour's drive away or easily accessible by train. Don't miss this beautiful city during your holiday as it's always voted as one of the top 10 cities to visit in the UK.
