Welcome to this property! We have been very successful renting it out to tourists on other sites and this is our first time on this website! We look forward to receiving our guests from this website!
Cyprus brides - if you are looking to get married at Minthis Hills in Tsada or at the Peyia Town Hall, this accommodation is perfect for you. Minthis Hills is 10 minutes away by car. Peyia Town Hall is 25-30 minutes away. The house is very spacious for your wedding photographer.
This property is situated adjacent to the village centre, in a quiet residential complex of 10 buildings with a communal pool and the views are just outstanding! The house has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a view down to the coast; the second bedroom has two single beds. The lounge area has a pull out sofa bed which can sleep up to 2 people or 3 small children! There is a bath/shower room on each level.
We have wifi and a Sony Bravia 42" TV and DVD Player. Please bring your own DVDs if you would like to watch films.
The spacious open plan kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, oven with hob, plus fridge/freezer. Basic cooking items are there already.
The patio has a dining table and chairs; steps lead down to the pool area.
You are advised to hire a car with a GPS if you are unfamiliar with the area - useful for finding the cottage and exploring Paphos properly. The bus service is irregular but goes to central Paphos one way, and Polis. In the village centre which is about 1 kilometre away, you will find the taverna, bars and small grocery shops, About 4k away you will find the golf course,
If you need to go shopping before going to the cottage, we can go to the supermarket first or you can place an order with me beforehand so that if you arrive after the shops are closed, breakfast is there for you. Payment would be extra. A spare cot or a fold up bed for an extra person/child is available on request, at no extra cost. In fact, whatever you need, I am sure I can help you out!

Please note - this house is not for large groups of any kind whatsoever and this means you cannot have more than 6 adults at the house. This home is not to be used for parties or BBQ dinners with large groups. If you are looking for a home to play your music loudly, have lots of people over and have a party, this property is not suitable for you. This property is in a quiet place and the neighbours request that the guests are quiet during their holidays.
