Summary:
Spacious home located near country club, with fenced yard and hot tub. The new hot tub is located under the deck, and you can access either through the deck’s staircase or off the walkout basement. For the chilly evenings enjoy the fire pit provided on the backyard.
The Space:
Upon entry the house, there will be a living room with plenty of couches for you to relax, talk or even take a nap. The Tv room will be located at the back of the house with a 55” smart tv and cable. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor and one bedroom on the basement. Total of five beds three queens and two fulls. One narrow kitchen on the top floor and a second kitchen on the basement with full appliances and basic essentials. There are two bathrooms, one located on the top floor and one on the basement.

Guest Access:
When booking this house, you will have access to the top floor and walkout basement all to yourself. On the day of check-in you will receive a code to the smart entry pad and house rule instructions. Park is available on the driveway and street. No garage access.
The Neighborhood:
Lincoln’s Country Club Neighborhood has been named to the National Register of Historic Places - becoming the city’s largest National Register district and one of the largest in Nebraska. Local favorites include Pizano's Pizza, The Normandy Bistro, and the Grapevine. The Rock Island trail goes right through the neighborhood allowing easy access to nearby amenities including the Lincoln Children’s Zoo, the Sunken Gardens, and Star City Shores.
Getting Around:
One block from the house you will find a gas station, pharmacy, spirits store and Grapevine bar know for some of the best cocktails in town. Downtown Lincoln, the University of Nebraska and the Haymarket are just a 10 to 15 minutes drive from the house.
Other Things to Note:
All guests staying at the house needs to be on the reservation. We accept dogs as guests, however they need to be included on the reservation. We ask that you inform us about them and please don’t try to snick them in🐶. You are responsible for any damages that they may cause at the house.
Be aware we have recording cameras at all times on the outside of the house.
