There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and sink.Parking is simple, with your own parking space, plus plenty of parking nearby on the road, giving you easy access to explore the beautiful surrounding areas—from coastal paths to historic sites and local attractions.Cove House is more than just a place to stay—it's a welcoming home from which to experience the best of Cornwall.Located just outside the historic market town of St Austell, Duporth is a peaceful and picturesque coastal area that offers visitors the perfect mix of seclusion and access to some of Cornwall's best-loved destinations. Beyond the beaches, the area is rich in attractions such as the world-renowned Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and numerous quaint fishing villages like Mevagissey, all within easy reach. The house is a 5 minute drive from the coast path and the wide unspoilt sandy Porthpean beach, great for swimming, peaceful sunbathing or simply soaking up the stunning sea views, it's also great for paddle boarding or exploring the coastline in a kayak. You may even be lucky enough to catch the resident family of seals. Or the famous old port of Charlestown is a 5 minute drive, with 2 sand and pebble beaches and a host of restaurants, cafes, 2 pubs and many artisan shops.Please note that Cove House allows up to 2 pets during your stay at an additional fee of £25.
