Summary: We loved the neighborhood and the house was nice. Communication with owner was not great. We ran into an issue and it took a day to fix and the owner never even apologized for it. There was trash left in the trash can outside and it was totally full so we had to wait till they picked up the trash that was left there before we could put ours in it.
