The cozy 2,450 square foot home in Anaheim with a beautiful vaulted ceiling is located in nice quiet and safe neighborhoods.
Family & Friends can have fun and relax in the outdoor pool on hot days in Southern California.
Walk to park, 2 miles to Knott's Berry Farm, 6 miles to Disneyland & Anaheim Convention Center, 6 miles to Little Saigon, close to shopping malls, many restaurants, & just minutes to beaches.
HOUSE HAS 5 BEDROOM & 3 BATHS.

The house has an open floor plan with a spacious living room, family room, and formal dining room.
** Bedroom 1 on ground level - Master bedroom with Queen bed and a full bathroom.
All other 4 bedrooms are upstairs.
** Bedroom 2 - Master bedroom with Queen size bed set, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
** Bedroom 3 - A very large room with a Cal King size bed set, 55" SONY smart TV, a baby crib, a large office desk, and a Yamaha piano.
** Bedroom 4 - One Cal King size bed set.
** Bedroom 5 - One trundle daybed - enlarge to a king-size bed.
Living Room: A very large sofa and a grand piano under the stairway.
** Please do not place any object on the piano and play piano with care.
Family Room: A sofa with a 48" SONY smart TV.
Dining Room: A large dining room set. Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking on the bed.
Kitchen: supplied with pots and pans and the basic spices that you may need to cook. Feel free to use the kitchen as you please, but make sure to treat the home like your own and clean up after yourself. The bathrooms are also supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. For monthly rentals, supplies are provided for only getting you to start
Garage: Guest entrance to garage for ONLY doing laundry.
Frontload smart dispenser washer and dryer provided for easy laundry. Please do not add detergent other than TIDE to SMART DISPENSER tank.
Unlimited high-speed internet access.
PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at any time or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.

We have just a few important rules that must be strictly kept:
1. No parties, screaming or loud music are allowed at any time. This is NOT a party house.
2. An Anaheim city ordinance quiet time of 10 p.m. - 9 a.m. is strictly enforced. Do not access the right gate to prevent disturbing neighbors.
3. NO events/ parties and NO additional guest(s).
4. No smoking or vaping inside OR outside of the home.
5. NO shoes in the house.
6. NO pets.
7. NO leave overnight food leftover in the sink, on the countertop, or stove. Leftover foods shall be put in the fridge or thrown in the trash can (black bin outside).
8. FOLLOW POOL rule:
No lifeguard on duties. Swim at your own risk. Wear a swimming suit. No glass. No food in the pool. Children under 14 must have adult supervision. No "P" in the pool.
The outside shower is available. Do not enter the house with a wet suit.
- Please do not place any objects on the grand piano and please play piano with care.
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking on the bed.
- Please take care of the house, and treat Furniture, and Amenities with respect.
- Watch out for kids walking on stairways.
SMOKING POLICY
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty, plus extra cleaning fees and the cost of future lost business if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking-related litter.
