Summary: Clean and affordable no frills apartment. Pictures and listing was accurate. Instructions made the unit easy to find, but would’ve benefited from a building number and unit numbers. Neighborhood was as expected for West Philly. Quiet at night and felt safe to walk around during the day. The building was clean and quiet. Spacious unit, comfortable bedding, convenient to shops to pick up food and essentials. The space was clean and got great sunlight. A few more basic essentials would’ve been nice. Had to buy body wash, wash cloths, cooking oil, ice tray, aluminum foil and a frying pan. Was a good value for the price and the essential items were easy to pick up in the neighborhood. Free street parking was easy to find. Would stay here again!
