Our home is very inviting, cozy, warm, and family friendly.

Guest will have have access to the entire house by themselves. The driveway can accommodate two cars. The laundry room is available just outside the back sliding door.
We understand that some travelers want their privacy and like to be left alone, we respect that! That is why our home has a touch pad keyless entry. Once you are ready to check in, we will send you a code for the door. You will utilize the same code for your entire stay.
We are available for any questions and/or requests.
The neighborhood is surrounded with families that have lived in their homes for years. Very safe and no crime.
We are located right off the 210 fwy, between the 57 and 605 freeway. Easy access to all freeways from this location. Also, we are located near the Metro Gold Line that can take to Union Station located in the heart of Los Angeles.
1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates airbnb rules and our policy. If you arrive with more guests than you are booked for, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.
2) Please leave the house clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use.
3) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time and or any changes. Please don't arrive early without prior notice.
4) No smoking in the house.
5) Please turn off Central AC/Heating when you are not in the house.
6) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite time is 9pm-7am.
