Welcome to our strikingly beautiful home located in the gorgeous Highland Park section of LA! Nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood, our “Mid-Century Treat on Easy Street” offers the perfect blend of leisure and convenience to all that the Greater LA area has to offer. After exploring our world-famous region come relax around the firepit, view our citrus grove, or enjoy the magnificent views. We love hosting networking events or groups of friends coming to enjoy the nightlife and outdoor fun!
Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of convenient parking for your vehicles on the street directly in front of the home. A two-car garage is also available for your use if you desire. The home can be entered through the front gate entrance via a digital smart lock.
Arriving inside the property through the front gate you will be welcomed into a courtyard that echoes Los Angeles’ architectural significance while setting the scene of the beauty that lies inside. In the front yard we provide a firepit that seats four. Our conveniently situated front patio is adjacent to the firepit affording free-flowing fun in a space that provides the shade and shelter of an indoor sitting area with the open roof space of an outdoor spot.
Entering the house through the front doors you will be welcomed into a sophisticated space with plenty of natural light, clean décor, and artwork throughout.
LIVING ROOM:
Down the hall as you step into the home you will walk into our open floor plan living area. The living room provides seating for five with three fitting on our love seat and two in Miller-esque swivel chairs. Large glass doors keep the room well-lit and provide a beautiful backdrop for entertainment. A smart TV sits on the wall opposite the love seat. Bring your own login and enjoy almost any streaming app!

KITCHEN:
The living room space opens to a dining area that seats six and the kitchen with a bar top counter. Four bar stools allow for even more room to spread out and socialize as a family or group while dinner is prepared. The well-lit and fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware.
Our guests love the option to enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the bar top to partake in their favorite beverage and great conversation.

The en-suite bathroom comes equipped with sleek walk-in shower, towels, and washcloths.

The patio, accessible from the living room, gives views of the neighboring parks and backyard citrus orchard. Feel free to entertain outdoors with free-flowing access to the living room. All guests can easily be seated in the thoughtfully appointed chairs, benches, and bed! We also provide a propane grill so you can enjoy some outdoor cooking if you desire! Downstairs from the deck you will see the citrus orchard. Please do not cross beyond the wall or descend the stairs. A light string between the posts provides an intimate and fun scene in which to enjoy evening festivities.
