Welcome to our cozy first floor apartment! This is the bottom living space in a duplex. Both units are Airbnbs. This home is newly renovated and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 full baths. Laundry is in the unit. Front porch for sipping hot coffee in the morning or reading a book! We strive to provide our guests with a cozy place to call home for a short while! Thank you for considering our home and we look forward to hosting you!
This is an airbnb on the bottom level of a duplex! We own both units are use both for Airbnb! So you may hear occasional noise upstairs from guests! We provide sound machines in the bedroom for sleeping.
You will have complete access to the entire downstairs airbnb.
We do not interact with guests face to face unless it’s absolutely needed and guests need help with something.
This home is in the heart of downtown New Albany. So much food,small shops and coffee around!
There is free street parking and free parking behind the unit through the alley.
This airbnb is on a busy road and because of that you can hear some noise while staying here but it’s not terrible.
Additional guests after 5 are an extra $20.
No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
