Positive: beautiful, cozy, nice
Negative: i paid 150 for a cleaning fee which i think was insane they didn't vacuum the floor or dust the tons of spider webs before i even came in, it doesn't cost $150 to wash a dish rag and a blanket, make the bed, and a bath towel. $150 to not even come in and do a walkthrough cleaning before the tenants get there is just crazy to me, but that's okay.
Summary: i truly enjoyed it, good place, decent town, beautiful views, neighbors seemed okay around the whole area
