Cozy lakefront cottage! Cottage is right on Hillview Lake, an all-sports lake, and is a short walk from Cran-Hill Ranch. Beautiful grounds feature a sandy beach with dock, use of kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, row boat, beach toys, playground, fire pit, basketball court and much more! Enjoy the beach and lake by day and beautiful sunsets and campfires at night! Cottage now has 2 bedrooms with addition of our new detached bunkhouse which contains 2 sets of bunk beds.
Kayaks and paddle boards available during summer months only.
The cottage is small but efficient - the main room include the living area, kitchen, and dining area. Bedroom is small but adequate with queen size bed and bath has a tub. Kitchen has all major appliances including dishwasher and is equipped with dishes and bakeware as well. Newly-built bunkhouse is next to the cottage and is set up with 2 sets of twin bunkbeds and a pull-out sofa.
The cottage is located in a grouping of 8 cottages with common areas which guests have access to including beach with sand toys, kayaks, paddle boat, paddle boards, playground, and basketball court. Fire pit and 2 kayaks are private to the cottage and not shared with neighbors. Neighboring cottage owners are friends and relatives of hosts.
