Our home is a custom modern-designed condo completed in September 2022. It can sleep up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and one sparkling-clean bathroom. Here is a list of bedrooms:

- couch : can sleep 1 person, and there’s also a futon in this unit

Living area:
- A big living space with big TV and wifi, perfect for spending time together.
- Kitchen is awesome, no matter what cuisine you are craving for, you can find everything you need to cook a yummy meal. we have prepared: rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, kettle (for making hot tea!) and other cooking facilities.
- A dining table can sit up to 6
- A spacious laundry room. We have a washer, dryer, and stocked laundry essentials for you. So don’t worry about rushing back home to do your laundry or not bringing enough clothes, we got you! We also prepared a big sofa by the dryer, suitable for contemplation…
First floor right, and you'll see the front door entrance.
There's a parking space in the backyard.
The capacity in this unit is up to 5 but we do offer a twin air mattress if needing to host 6 guest.
Please be advised that although our property does have listed towels and toiletries as an amenity, we provide enough for a 3 day trip out of courtesy, beyond that we do not provide extras.
Any violations of the house rules below will result in a $200 fine.
General
-No parties or events allowed – defined as having more than double the number of registered guests in the cottage at any given time.
- No trespassing - make sure that you only enter the unit/room you've booked.
-No smoking allowed anywhere on the property premise.
-No unregistered guests allowed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
-No open fire of any kind indoors- lighters, candles, matches etc.
-No glitter or confetti.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises at any time.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please take care of the furnishings.
-Please respect the noise curfew. Noise from any amplified sound system shall not be audible after 11:00 p.m.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times. Check in is after 4 p.m. and check out is after 11 a.m.
- Maximum of 2 Pets allowed
-Please do not flush wipes/tampons down the toilet.
-This home experiences all 4 seasons. With each season comes its deal of pests. Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Any issues with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the Manager via the phone number listed in the directions and entry instructions. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
Bathroom
-Please don't flush anything but toilet paper.
-Please don’t use towels to remove makeup.
How to operate the shower:
- Turn the knob counterclockwise to your desired temperature. The further to the left you go the hotter the water. To turn off the water turn the knob clockwise until it stops.
Kitchen and Dining
-Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
-Please don’t leave cooking food unattended.
-Please use a cutting board instead of cutting items directly on the counter or dining table. Please use a heat pad when placing hot items on the counter top or the dining table.
Parking
-Please park in the area designated in the check-in instructions and in the listing description under "guest access".
When Leaving the House
-Please turn off the stove and oven when you go out.
-Always lock the door, at all times, upon entrance and exit.
-Please put used cookware, kitchenware, silverware, bowls, plates in the dishwasher, place the detergent pod inside (no dish washing soap please) and start the cycle when you leave the house.
-Please take the trash out before you leave.
-$2/min late checkout fee.
