This simple and cozy home is a 30 min drive to Downtown Portland ,OR. Located in Vancouver WA . This 2 bedroom home is situated to keep you comfortable during your stay. Our well-equipped kitchen w/ your own space to prepare meals, and a small dining table is a definite plus! This home is professionally cleaned, and laundry (linens and towels) is professionally handled and delivered before every guest. This private and clean getaway gives you all the feelings of home.
Home has exterior security cameras for your security purposes. The garage and a storage room in the home are locked, (off the living room) and used only for our use and storage and are monitored to maintain security for our belongings. Guest do not have access to the garage and storage room.
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
Self check in with a smartlock. We are always happy to give any local insight but your space and privacy is of the utmost importance to us! We utilize a co - host to be sure all questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
Please note: All guests must sign house rules. Parties and/or additional guests will not be tolerated. You will be reported and asked to leave immediately in the event of any neighbor complaints or parties.
