* NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE: This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area. No smoking of any substance including vaping. In case you or any of your guests smoke, it will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and possible additional fines if the damage is incurred.
* NO PARTIES: Parties are strictly not allowed. The host of the party could face fines if police receive a call for service of a nuisance party. The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility.
* QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM- 8 AM: We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am noise should be kept to a minimum.
* NO PETS: We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.
* REPORT DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY: We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen! we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.

Summary: We rented this house for a friends weekend. 4 adult woman that needed proper beds and some personal space, this house was exactly what we needed. 2 friends got a room with a big, comfy bed to themselves and two other friends shared a room. the shared room has 2 bunk beds (twin over full) so there was plenty of room. The kitchen is the heart of the house and was a great spot for us to cook breakfast and have snacks. We enjoyed an evening in the Livingroom, chatting and laughing and catching up. Its easy to travel to Sedona, downtown Scottsdale and Phoenix. There are some nice restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is very quite and easy to navigate. I think this house can be great for a family vacation, its spacious, the backyard is fun and the people in Arizona are generally nice.
