Our cozy craftsman home in North Seattle is surrounded by beautiful gardens in a very pedestrianized area of Greenwood. It's a quick walk to many restaurants and shops and the bus line to downtown. We are a short distance from the Woodland Park Zoo whom hosts a winter light festival Nov-Jan and even closer to Green Lake Park and Karkeek Park. The University of Washington is also near by.
The house is filled with natural light due to it's many windows, and both bedrooms have black out blinds. Private off street parking with motion lights and a fully stocked kitchen and pantry are also available for your use. Our eclectic 90 year old home is comfy and clean and has all you need for an extended stay. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement.
You can also have access to the heated garden greenhouse upon request.
There are 2 bedrooms with closets, one with a queen size bed and the other a double. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
