No house parties and no smoking inside/outside the property at any time during the booking, this is a family-oriented and working professionals neighborhood. We appreciate your understanding.

* If smoking of any kind is indicated including from cigarettes, vapes, and like such, there will be an additional $2,000 smoke cleaning fee. We are highly against it as it damages the home and all items in the property.
