Positive: Location location location!! Fantastic! A five minute walk to the beach. A two minute walk to shops and restaurants. Amazing. Charming house, lovely neighborhood
Negative: Shower from h-e-double hockey stick! Hopefully they will replace the shower head---great if you like a lazer stream of water hitting you
