As you enter the home, from the 4-car parking area, you are instantly surrounded by all the comforts of home. To the right of the main entrance is a full-size laundry room. Down the hall you will find the first bedroom, equipped with a beautifully plush queen size bed. The antique feel of the living room and dining area pairs nicely with the panoramic views of “the bluff.” The fully-stocked kitchen is located directly off the dining room and holds all the amenities you will need to complete the perfect meal. Also located on the home's first floor is a full bath complete with a shower/tub combo, commode and sink.
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms. The roadside bedroom is comprised of two queen sized beds, and a single bed – perfect for a family to share. Across the hall you will find the spacious master bedroom. Comfort is the priority with the sleep number, California King bed. Complete with its own private balcony, you will be sure to unwind after watching one of Keuka Lakes' sought-after sunsets. A shared full bath is positioned directly between these two bedrooms.
Located directly off the home's main living room is an expansive deck overlooking the lake. Venture down 18 stairs to the extensive dock - thoughtfully designed to outfit your boat.
