Tequila Sunset is situated in the desirable gated Riverside community on the east end of Sunset Beach and is framed by a tidal canal from the bay on one side, and the Intracoastal waterway on the other. This luxury oasis is certain to keep you returning to vacation at Sunset Beach every year! Smart TVs throughout home for guest to log into their preferred streaming apps. $200 refundable elevator deposit is required for elevator access. Garage is for owner use only. Dock is tidal.
