The spacious dining room includes a table that seats 8 comfortably. The pool area is recently remodeled with an extendef fence line, resurfaced pool deck, a pool heat pump, new patio sectional and lounge chairs, a 20x12 pergola, artificial turf and a paver sitting area. This rental is pet friendly for small to medium dogs, with a doggy door in 4th bedroom that leads to a fenced dog area. There is also 1/4 acre pasture behind the pool fence. The large driveway fits up to 8 vehicles. Garage use is not included in this rental. RV water, power and sewer available. Please contact owner for rates. The neighborhood has walking and bike paths accessible from every street.
