Spacious 3,500 square foot southwestern style unique custom home has been crafted with massive wooden beams and wood paneled ceilings, saltillo tiles, and pine floors. Our home has many high-end upgrades, including a modern granite kitchen, with double oven, propane gas four burner stove and large, separate refrigerator and a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We enjoy cooking, so you will find everything you need to prepare your own gourmet dinners. High-speed internet access with Wi-Fi is available. The large backyard includes a basketball court, playground for the kids, garden, and numerous fruit trees. The landscaping is drought tolerant desert style with dozens of species of succulents, native cactus, palm and coral trees, and California Live Oaks, and pines. Enjoy a glass of wine and a barbecue in the evening on the backyard covered terrace. Tennis courts and swimming pool may be available based on season -- please inquire if interested. We also have three bikes available. The house has four bedrooms and two full baths and 2 half baths. In the Master there is a California king bed with with an en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub. Bedroom 2 has a a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 4 currently has a baby crib, however we can also set-up either a double size airbed or a foam mattress on the ground, which would be good for kids. All beds are memory foam Temperpedic. There is a billiard table in the entertainment room and a large high HDTV in the family room, as well as a smaller one in the Master. San Diego climate is perfect all year round with lots of sunshine. The property is located in the exclusive and peaceful North County area, in the heart of the rolling hills near Escondido, the avocado capital of the world, and one of the sunniest cities in America. Easy access to Interstate 15 is just down the hill. Also visit the beach side communities of Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, Del Mar, just a short distance away or San Diego city just 30 minutes south. Los Angeles is one hour north and the desert in the mountains are also within an hour or so away.
