Farmhouse meets Dallas! Welcome to our newly renovated home. Our home is your home! We hope you enjoy your experience here. We expect and know that you would treat this home like you would treat your own home. :)
We take pride in my ability to accommodate any and all types of travelers. We also live a few doors down from the house we are hosting should you have any questions. We enjoy meeting people from different parts of the United States and other countries.

1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. I do not get paid until after your arrival. CASH deposits and transactions are prohibited. AIRBNB does not charge or authorize the security deposit unless there is a claim made against it after your stay.
2. The home comes with linens, towels, soaps, etc.
3. I am unable to send any additional pictures.
4. Please be mindful that the AIRBNB website blocks telephone numbers, so I'll be unable to call you.
5. After booking, all guests must submit their Passport/Driver's License will be required prior to check-in.
6. After booking, all guests must submit their full name and birth date for a general background check.

9. Check out is 12PM. Late fees of $50.00/ hour are assessed upon late checkout.
10. Pictures- According to the pictures, one bedroom currently has a queen bed. The pictures show the other two rooms empty. We have arranged one bunk bed in one of the empty rooms and a queen blow up mattress in the other empty room.
11. There is not a refrigerator in this house.
12. The placement of all furnishings, linens and decorations, etc looks exactly like the pictures.
