Beautiful sea side view on the sunny side of Conwy estuary just a short walk to Deganwy village and the train station. Just been fully refurbished and is in immaculate condition. With a view from the main lounge over the water to Conwy mountains and Conwy golf club. And view from the kitchen over North Wales golf club and the great Orme, Anglesey and Puffin Island. Great location for a walk or ride to Llandudno or Conwy along the cycle paths. Upside down house so the views are stunning.
Deganwy beach is a holiday complex built in the 70's that has kept its original character and is often in the sunshine so feels like a perfect holiday home. With a recent interior refurbishment inside is more modern living with great outlook. From the inside looking out its the coolest apartment in north wales for sure.
You are free to use all areas of this house and private garden, s/sw facing. 2 parking spaces and communal gardens.
It is likely you will recieve a remote access key to see yourself in but I am always available by mobile phone.
Deganwy is the sunny side of Conwy situated between Llandudno and Conwy castle both a little under 2 miles coastal walk.
A car is preferable, a bike is easy enough with a costal path all the way to Anglesey. Or just outside the complex on Deganwy road has many bus routes heading out to most local towns the Deganwy train station will get you further afield and a local station llandudno junction can get you into London in just under 3 hours.
We have an EV charging point which does include a small extra cost.
Wales is the 3rd best country for recycling so you need to be fussy with the bins.
