The space
We offer 3 floors of living space with new hardwood flooring throughout.
As you walk into the main floor, there is a large mudroom designed to hold all your equipment, coats, shoes and boots.
Main floor also includes 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, dresser, hooks and luggage rack.
Bedroom 2 with a full bed, closet, hooks and luggage rack.
Bedroom 3 with a king bed, dresser, luggage rack and master bath.
All bedrooms have Roku enabled TVs.
Upstairs on the top floor you will find an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, and a dining room with a walk out upper deck.
Lower level is a great space for the family to play games and watch Roku TV on the 65 " television. Also on this level is the 4th bedroom with 3 very comfortable twin beds. There are also 2 extra Coleman cots and a full sectional couch. Plenty of extra space for your family. This level also has a walk out door to the backyard.
Town beach, playground, fishing and kayaking are less than 5 min away.

If additional space is required, there is available space located down the street at the Lake Everest Park.
