Positive: The outlook was good and it's well located.

Negative: Difficult to contact the owner for access details to the property. Bed uncomfortable and the bottom sheet doesn't fit so it keeps coming off. Only a 4.5 tog duvet when nighttime temperature dropped to 1 degree. I found a knitted blanket but that has a big hole. The shower tray is broken and black around the edges. No instructions for kitchen equipment nor what to do with the rubbish. TV remote missing from the single bedroom. There's no washing up bowl and the plug doesn't fit the sink. It's a noisy location. There's a lot of road noise.
