Welcome to our lux and spacious modern villa! It consists of two apartments, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor and attic, providing a total of 190m2 of indoor space. It's designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, ensuring a delightful and comfortable stay.
The upper level (attic) offers two single beds (one is an extra-large single) plus a single sofa bed. On the middle level, you'll find a spacious double bedroom, while the ground floor boasts a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional bedroom with an extra-large single bed. With two bathrooms equipped with showers and two fully equipped kitchens on the ground and first floors, convenience is at your fingertips. Both levels also feature inviting living rooms and dining areas.
Renovated with opulent materials like marble, wood, and stone, our villa exudes elegance. The carefully selected handpicked furniture and comfortable beds and mattresses ensure a restful stay. Every room of the villa is fully air-conditioned.
Step outside, and you'll discover our outdoor spaces. The first-level balcony offers a captivating sea view and is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or get-togethers.
With spacious tables and additional outdoor sofas, you can relish the scenic surroundings. Our villa is conveniently located just a 30-minute drive from Chania center. If you prefer to avoid the bustling city center but still want to be close to the beach, our villa is only 1.5km away from Tavronitis beach. Moreover, it's situated between the popular seafront towns of Maleme and Kolymbari, offering many services, cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Our residence is located in the village of Kamisiana, west of Chania, just 20' walk from the nearest beach. At about 200m of distance you can find a supermarket,cafes, restaurants and ATM. At the nearby seaside town of Kolymbari you can find an even wider range of seaside restaurants, shops and services. Maleme beach offers organized facilities, beach bars, seaside restaurants and parasols with sun loungers. The famous Falasarna sandy beach is 35 ’drive away while Kissamos Port is just 22km. At Kissamos you can take the boat to the famous Balos beach. Don’t miss visiting the Ancient Olive Tree at Vouves!
Note: We are located 100m from the nearest bus stop. Public buses offer regular routes to Chania city center and the nearby villages/towns.
