Positive: I was surprised by how great this place was for such a price! The room and the bathroom looked very beautiful, I really loved the interior design, and the comfort of furniture. The bed was very comfortable, there are big lights and small night lamps, there's a mini-fridge, a TV, an air-conditioner, a safe, a bidet in the bathroom. My room also had a very nice balcony. The place was cleaned daily and provided with new supplies (soap, shower gel and shampoo). It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The check-in system was very easy. Also the place generally felt very safe, because there were 2 main locked doors (one on the main entrance of the building, and one to the territory of the hotel itself). The room was very clean, beautiful, aesthetic and comfortable. The location was also great: everything in the historical centre is available by just 5-10 minute walk, and to other parts of the city you can easily get from the Metro/Train station (which is also around 5 minutes walk from the hotel). I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends, and if I'm in Naples again, I'll definitely book a room in this hotel. It was perfect!

Negative: The only thing that could be uncomfortable there is that there's no elevator. To me that was completely fine though, but for some people it might be a problem
