The master bedroom is direct oceanfront with views from both the large window and the sliding door to the balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds and sleeps 4. Both bathrooms have a full bathtub/shower. The living and dining rooms are bright and cheerful with an additional set of windows. The sliding door to the balcony allows for expansive views of the ocean. Amenities include a couch that is a queen size sleeper, a 55-inch flat screen TV and blue ray player and wireless, high-speed internet. The kitchen is fully remodeled and stocked with flatware, dishes and glasses. Keurig, microwave, refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal add to the appeal. And, to top it off, there is a laundry room in the unit with a full-size washer and dryer. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and linens are all provided.

OC regulations prevent us from renting to more than 4 unrelated people.
