Positive: The location was perfect, the staff was very nice and professional, except one of the receptionists one evening, who was very "witty". The bell-boys, especially the youngest (sorry, I don't know his name) were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more or less the same every day, but there is such a wide choice of everything, that it's impossible not to find something you enjoy. You are also walking distance away from all tourist attractions, The rooftop Secret Garden is amazing, the views from there are just unbelievable.

Negative: The first night was cold, no matter how many degrees you would select on the A/C panel. I set it on 24, but it was constantly 19-20. I spoke to the reception, they made some settings and eventually, from the second night it was better.
