Summary: The property’s location is excellent. The communication with the owner was excellent. However; the owner chose not to work with the Dolphin Condos. Something about fees. Therefore, we had to negotiate with Dolphin workers who were complaining about helping us. There’s no laundry in the condo; there’s a coin operated one on the floor. That was misleading in the advertisement. The place hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s. The dishwasher did not work, and then we had some random stranger in the condo for 3 hours trying to replace it on Tuesday. It didn’t work unless you shoved it under the counter with your hip. After having That done other random stranger come in to check it, it didn’t get run until Friday. The screen door was broken. There was no “welcome” package. The card keys were not programmed so we could get in. Come on. Either VRBO needs to work with condo realtors or not.
