A spacious double bedroom. Located in Trendy Chorlton with easy access to Old Trafford and Manchester City Centre. The Tram station is within a walking distance of 150m and the bus stop that takes you to Manchester City Centre is very regular and it takes approximately 10min to the city centre. The property comprises of a double bed. A double cupboard with a set of drawers. It has a flat screen Smart TV with preloaded Netflix. There is also a coffee / tee station. Wifi is readily available. This bedroom shares a communal bathroom comprising of a shower cubicle, WHB and a WC. The kitchen which is also communal is fully fitted with a microwave, Oven and Hot plate and a fridge freezer. There is no reception at the building but access is via an access code into the building and then a key safe gives you the key to enter the room. The Space: The property comprises of four bedrooms.
