Positive: When booking the hotel, I carefully read the information about their pick up service since that was one of the key reasons we booked the hotel. As was recommended we asked an airport information center worker to call the hotel to send a taxi for us. The hotel manager said it was impossible since we did not have a Chinese phone number, so we were told to take the taxi on our own and they will reimburse us upon arrival. It was very disappointing especially cause we were given a different information after booking the hotel. So be prepared that you may need to get the taxi to the hotel on your own. Once we arrived we were met by two hotel managers who settled the taxi payment for us, opened doors, took our luggage from the taxi and escorted us to our room. The hotel is close to the airport, just a 5-10 minutes ride. The room was very spacious with a beautiful mountain view and huge windows. Breakfast is great with a lot of different dishes, definitely worth it. A nice free chocolate chip cookie upon check-in.

Negative: The room was cold. We tried to increase temperature to 26 or 27 degrees but over our stay the room temp hardly reached 23 degrees. Could not find a hair dryer, so it felt even colder. The most disappointing thing was the shower that was clogged. It took only a minute of taking shower before the water filled the shower room and leaked into the bathroom. A lot of water. A whole puddle. Was dangerous walking in the bathroom area. I got super sad about that. Not having an option of taking a comfortable shower in a 5-star hotel… The next disappointment came with a room service, that came in cold as well. The food itself was not at all good, but that’s okay cause we ordered European type dishes.
