There are two parking spots for the unit as well as an elevator to make it quick and easy to get to the 3rd floor. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, high quality appliances, bedding and a deck with a view. The deck is complete with a dining table for enjoying your morning coffee before the day starts or for a sunset dinner. The location is one of the best in town. You are about 5 minutes walking distance to the train station and Main Ave. It's only a 30 minute drive to Purgatory ski resort for winter and summer activities. Mesa Verde National Park is 45 minute drive to the west.
If you are into recreation, the condo is conveniently located above 2nd Ave Sports, a full bike and ski shop. There you can rent bikes, skis, or just get local trail information.
