Other Things to Note:
• Please don’t put anything other than toilet roll down the toilets, this is a Victorian house and as such the drainage is prone to blockages if this is not followed.
• Please be gentle with toilet flushes as they are soft touch and will break down if excessive force is used.
• Downstairs heating is operated via underfloor heating - it can take some time to heat up, please bear this in mind.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time.
• Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring purposes.
• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.
