Dream by The Sea is an exquisite two-bedroom, one-bathroom, semi-detached bungalow in Porth, a large coastal village on the outskirts of Newquay with a stunning sheltered, sandy beach.
This lovely holiday home has on-site parking for one car, a sizeable, tiered, subtropical garden and large front deck with views to the sea. Only a six minute drive to Newquay town centre and a five minute walk to Porth Beach and the local pub, Dream by The Sea is the perfect destination for a relaxing family holiday.

The very well-appointed kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, retro radio and an electric oven with an electric induction hob. The dining area has banquette-style seating for four, perfect for a lazy breakfast or cosy dinner.
The master bedroom is decorated in grey and pink hues and has a stunning king-size bed with ample storage and a TV. It also has doors that lead straight out into the impressive garden.
The second bedroom is beautifully decorated in blue and mustard tones and has two full-size single beds which can also be made into a king size bed on request. There is also ample storage and a dressing table. This bedroom also has doors that lead straight out to the garden.
There is a large family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and an overhead rainfall shower, WC, washbasin, and heated towel rail.
The large, enclosed rear garden is a real gem and perfect for those long summer days. There is a permanent timber-framed gazebo with a table offering seating for four guests, this is a great space for alfresco dining in the summer months.
At the front of the holiday home is a wonderful decked area with table and seating, an ideal spot from which to enjoy the beautiful sea views.
