We are just around the corner from the popular Raul Ramirez Winery! Very close to Somers Bend Community as well if coming to the area for a Sport Tournament. Galway Downs just a 8 minute drive.
As you enter, you'll find a convenient downstairs bedroom with King Bed, providing ease and accessibility. Journey upstairs to discover four additional beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a spacious ensuite bathroom and an expansive walk-out deck that offers breathtaking views of the pool, spa, and the mesmerizing mountains. Two of the upstairs bedrooms both Queen Beds share a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a double vanity, separate toilet, and a tub/shower area. The fourth bedroom offers a King Bed private suite experience, complete with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. The Primary Owners Suite is the fifth bedroom that is oversized with King Bed and large ensuite bathroom with separate tub & shower along with double vanities. Owner Suite also has own private balcony that looks over the backyard and the best sunsets! Additionally, a large bonus room upstairs provides ample space for entertainment, relaxation, or leisure activities.

Pool can be heated at an additional fee. Pool heating is not recommended during the colder months of Nov thru early March. Pool Heating during this time this year could cost just as much as the stay if not more. Please inquire for Pool Heating fees as it will depend on the time of year, natural pool water temperature and weather. From end of March to April natural pool temps are about 65 to 68 degrees. May through end of June from 73 to 78. July through Oct the natural pool temps are about 78 to 80. You do not have to heat the pool to use it. If you just want to use the pool unheated there is no charge to use the pool and you are more than welcome. Pool Heating charges from end of March through June can range from $200 to $300 per day. July to Oct can range from $75 to $200 per day. Nov - Mid March it can range from $300 to $500 per day. Please inquire for a quote for Pool Heating. When you choose to heat the pool the hot tub heating is included with the pool heating and is not charged additionally.
If you do not want to heat the pool but want to use the hot tub:
Hot Tub heating is an additional fee. The hot tub fee is added to the stay Feb - April the additional fee is $125 total to use the hot tub for 2 night stay. This would mean you can use the hot tub each day for a 3 hour period. If you will book longer then 2 night stay and want to use the hot tub more then just let us know and we can provide you a quote.
The use of the natural gas fire pit is part of the stay if used for just 1 hour per day of stay. We do ask that you ensure the gas fire pit is not left unattended or left on when not necessary. It can be used longer if you would wish but there are additional fees.
By booking the property you are agreeing to all info above that you understand that there is a limit of usage of the hot tub, pool or fire pit that is included with the stay, want to add additional use or your usage exceeds what is provided there are additional fees for natural gas.
