Summary: Wins: Location and neighbors, outdoor seating, ample kitchen supplies, good communication with host when you reach out, plenty of linens/towels, internet was ok ( I worked during my stay), decorated well and homey feel. Needs help: Had to reach out to get check in and wifi codes, check in time was different than what was listed on VRBO and their agreement, require a deposit and hold that deposit for a week after checkout (I had two holds on my account from them two days after checking out), agreement includes fee for cigarette butts left outside of property but the property was littered with them when I arrived, pans in the kitchen were heavily damaged teflon (all of them had damage), heavily scented laundry detergents used, construction not complete/ hacked (inch tall gaps between the walls and the floor, caulk tape used to cover holes around outside of the tub, counter is contact paper patched and damaged, floors were uneven to the point you open the fridge and the drawers roll out), trash around the trashcan and property. Not horrid... but not great.
