The house has 200 m2 and two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, a complete bathroom, a maids room with a bathroom where the caretaker is located, the terrace, the garden and the garage for one car. On the upper floor is the ocean view suite and two bedrooms (one with a view) served by a bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and full of first-class cupboards, bed and bath linens as well as crockery, cutlery and utensils are of excellent quality. The garden faces the sea, with a coconut tree for shade. We recommend hiring the trusted day laborer for home maintenance and ease of domestic service. But this is just a suggestion. Who chooses is the customer. In this case, I recommend the caretaker himself, who only stays in the house if the guests wish.
