Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Clean, nice appointments.

Negative: Very, very nice appointments and appliances in lower apartment. Very nice bed, pillows and bathroom. However will probably not ever rent again due to 1-5 on lower unit: 1. Install main outside door window treatment for more privacy. 2. Remove old drape and install locked door on water closet. 3. Install a small chest of drawers on west wall in bedroom so guests can unpack. 4. Install a clothes rod in utility room so guests can unpack and hang their clothes. 5. Install thermostat in this lower apartment so the guests have control of their own heat and not be dependent on the upper apartment control.
