Summary: Econo... You get a room to sleep in and nothing more. Stained bed sheets and cigarette ash burns in the blanket, though likely clean, just leave a mind wondering. When booking our stay, I took notice of the free breakfast advertised. There is no free breakfast. When mentioned to the front desk person, the response was, "I know. People complain about that all the time." One of those things that make you go, "Hm?" It's misleading to your customers and misleading your customers is poor business practice. The noise from the room above us made it difficult to fall asleep, though noisy tenants is an issue that might beyond management's control. So, though many Econo Lodge hotels may be fine places, my stay at this Econo Lodge, has likely persuaded me to never book a room with Econo Lodge again. I'm not upset, just sharing my true experience. Safe travels...
