This beautiful home is the perfect location to enjoy the American Riviera! It's 2 blocks from State St walking/biking distance to downtown, beaches, Courthouse, Mission, parks, restaurants, shops & bars; 1 block to ice cream, brunch & coffee shop.
The space
This is your home away from home. Come enjoy this peaceful Skylight home from vaulted ceilings with a mini skylight to original hardwood floors, large windows throughout, great tile patio, a full-size kitchen and full-size bathtub in the newly remodeled bathroom. The kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes necessary to make a delicious meal for you and your loved ones and includes coffee and tea.
There is a couch/futon in the living room if you should need another sleeping space.

You'll have your own private patio.
You will also have your own parking space in the driveway and there are bikes available for your use as well!
Other things to note
We offer bikes for you at no extra charge :). You don't need to reserve the bikes, they will be in the garage and the details for the locks, etc. will be on the welcome sheet that you'll receive upon check-in.
We have a delicious orange tree on the property which you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.
The pack 'n play is shared between all 3 homes. Please text Jonas if you'd like to reserve it, otherwise, its a on a first come, first served basis.
NO Smoking, no drugs and no pets are allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside.
- Quiet Hours from 9PM - 8AM. This is a quiet neighborhood, please keep it that way.
- Please be respectful of the furniture and keep it clean from food/drinks and stains. Several of the pieces of furniture are custom made/high end. If there is damage to anything, you will be charged to replace or dry clean the item(s).
- For stays 5 nights or longer we require a mid-stay cleaning every 5th day which includes fresh linens and complete cleaning of the entire place for $50.00
If any of the above house rules are not followed there will be a minimum of a $100 fee or more, for each rule broken.
