Positive: The location was good, but the beach area wasn’t clean or taken care of.
Negative: When we got here around 4:30pm, our apartment was still not ready. When we arrived, we found 2 cleaning ladies inside who were still cleaning. They rushed out to let us in and as we wanted to take a shower after a long road trip, we noticed that all the bath towels in the 3 bathrooms were not replaced and still dirty from the previous guests. Definitely unpleasant when you travel with a family of 5. One of the reasons why we booked this apartment Is because one of the bathrooms had a Jacuzzi, unfortunately it doesn’t work. Also during our 10 days stay, no cleaning nor dish soap was provided. Couches are dirty and we do not want to sit on them. The state of the apartment is in general neglected, not at all like it appears on the pictures. The lady who’s managing the property seems to be very overwhelmed to offer good customer support. The other tenants/owners take their pets to the pool area to do their “business”, pools are dirty and some of them are not completely full of water. People at the pool blast their music all day. Security walks around not saying anything. Unfortunately this is the worse condominium experience I’ve ever had in Mexico.
Summary: Not worth the money.
