Enjoy your stay in this updated two bedroom, two bath condo in the well-located Woodbridge condominiums. Woodbridge offers all the comfort you'll want for a ski vacation - easy access to the slopes whether you decide to take the free shuttle or simply walk a few minutes to the slopes and ski back.
Must see bright 2nd level corner unit located steps from the slopes! Great views from all rooms. Large picture window facing open space. Enjoy remodeled pool area, new hot tub (as of Spring 2024), free town shuttle, and close proximity to the Viceroy, Base Village, Snowmass Mall plus Snowmass Center right behind the condo.
The condo sleeps 6. The living room has comfortable seating - including a sleeper sofa - that will enable you to enjoy great views in multiple directions. The spacious balcony provides a gas grill as well as casual seating to enjoy the mountain scenery. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances as well as microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and crock pot. Dishes, cups, pots, pans and cooking utensils are all provided and ready for your use.

NOTE 1: The swimming pool may be closed during ski season but the hot tub is a generous size and open year round.
NOTE 2: Our Homeowners Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into our condo. We are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals.
NOTE 3: While there is a 'NO ANIMAL’ policy as above, we cannot control guests who bring animals inside the condo. Our family uses the condo throughout the year and our family dog is often with us. So, if you are allergic to cats, dogs, or any other animals, this may not be the condo for you and we ask that you make other arrangements for your stay in Snowmass.
NOTE 4: Please be aware that our cancellation policy will be in effect for all cancellations. We suggest you get travel insurance in uncertain times - guests have purchased it over the years and it seems to be very reasonable.
