2 Bedroom House in Capitol Hill, Salt Lake City
Enjoy a private stay in this charming cottage style home located just minutes from the Capitol. This home is near the heart of Salt Lake City and close to shopping centers like The Gateway and City Creek, close to the mountains, whether you are here for skiing or snowboarding, for a convention downtown or visiting family this home is close to everything! Avoid the downtown traffic with the quick access highway entrance. This house is nearly 100 years old (like many historic homes near the downtown) and has been updated for a comfortable, cozy and modern feel. Please read full description before booking!
This is a private cottage style home in a SEMI-INDUSTRIAL area with only a couple of residential properties nearby. Just minutes from downtown this home is fully fenced with a lock pad private entry. You will have the entire space to yourself. Both bedrooms have comfortable full sized beds and share a door for a jack and Jill feel. The living room includes a Serta couch that turns into a full sized bed and we do also have an additional plug-in twin sized mattress.
Guests have access to the entire home.
Absolutely NO smoking/pets/parties allowed.

THINGS TO EXPECT: You can expect to hear cars passing throughout the day (the home is located on a busy street which provides quick easy access to go anywhere you need) but it is generally quiet and peaceful at night. (If some noise bothers you, please book elsewhere. My family and I work so hard to provide a 5 stay so anything short of that directly impacts our hard work.) There are some bars and clubs nearby since you are near the downtown area (closest one is .4 miles away and the next one is 1.2 miles away). We have never had
any issues with the proximity of them and they are not close enough to be heard or affect the home in any way. There is a local dog kennel nearby, so some barking may be heard. You can always expect this home to be extra clean!
Parking is provided in front of the home and can fit
two cars. This home has direct easy access to the freeways and the downtown area!
